KwaZulu Natal shared a schedule of their three days:

Day 1 – The purpose of the Strategic Session is for the uMlazi District Team to put together proper plans, assign tasks accordingly and make important decisions.

The planning session also focused on the District’s goals – Setting timelines for the new Academic Year, 2024.

The session is also to assess and evaluate goals that were set in the previous year and to plan, strategize and bring in new perspectives for the current academic year.

‘Setting goals is the first step in turning what is invisible to be visible’ by Tony Robins, said Mrs Mahlambi, the District Director for uMlazi, in her welcome address.

Nkosinathi Ngcobo is also planning to give her remarks in which he appreciated the leadership of uMlazi on a good headstart, hitting the ground while running and keeping the eyes firmly on the prize, which is the provision of quality and accessible education.

However, the KZN Department of Education schedules this kind of activity every year in order to avoid disruption, and it makes education go in the flow.Â
