WOLMARANSSTAD:Â Maquassi Hills & parts of North West are at this stage experiencing a rainfall activity, which to the South African Weather Service, can be disruptive, with severe thunderstorms & can cause localised flooding for low lying areas.
The possible disruptive rainfall activity is forecasted for Maquassi Hills & parts of the North West province at a maximum of 60/80%. Residents are urged to keep indoors during the expected possible heavy activity of rainfall.
Maquassi Hills has been experiencing the highest temperatures that are above 30°C as well as in some areas of the North West surpassing 35°C (Degrees), causing wildfires to rage through some velds across the province.
