Mpumalanga: The Mpumalanga Department of Education congratulates Siyabonga Vuma and Menzi Innocent Mbibili from DD Mabuza Comprehensive High School in Nkomazi Local Municipality at Ehlanzeni District, who both obtained 100% (300 out of 300) in Technical Mathematics following the announcement of the 2023 National Senior Certificate Examination Results.

For this achievement, they received a full bursary from the Provincial Government, R10 000 each from SASOL and a host of sponsored tokens.

At that same event, the Department congratulated Ruth Aluwani Makhani from Dayimani Secondary School in Manyaleti Circuit in Bohlabela District, who proved that Mathematics is easy by obtaining a 100% ( 300 out of 300) following the Announcement of the 2023 National Senior Certificate Examination Results.
Ruth did not just conquer equations; she danced with them.
She demystifies the perception that mathematics is a difficult subject.
Ruth’s feat is not just a girl’s story; it is confirmation of the boundless potential that lies within each of us irrespective of our backgrounds, colour, gender or creed.

On the other hand, Thabiso Blessing Mkhwanazi from Zacheus Malaza Secondary School at Emalahleni in Nkangala District proved that numbers do count by obtaining 100% in Mathematics and 297 out of 300 in Physical Science.
His impressive results in these subjects are not just numbers on a page but a true display of his dedication, talent and boundless potential.
