Botswana: The Ministry of Youth Gender Sports and Culture hosted the 2024 National Arts Festival recently which was attended by several artists. The Tlokweng office of the Ministry thanked the artists who made the festival a resounding success through an appreciation session.

The Kgosi Lindiwe Matsetse delivered the welcome remarks at the event on their social media. The Kgosi talked about the significance of the festival in for the people of the country. He talked to the participants about the importance of mindset change in the country.
The officials have shared that the members of the creative sector should not consider art to be a simple hobby. They should think of ways in which they can make the arts into a flourishing career.
The Ministry of Youth, Gender, Sports, and Culture has shared that they are dedicated to providing support to thee creatives of Botswana. If the members of the creative sector can figure out a way to turn their talent into functional businesses, thy will help in creating job opportunities.
The members of the MYSC have confirmed that the creation of more jobs will help in improving the standard of living for the communities. Principal Programmes Officer l at MYSC Tlokweng, Gladys Kgomoesele believes that the sector has the abikity to unite Botswana.
She made these remarks while giving the attendants of the event an overview of the projects. The Ministry representative said that it is crucial forpromoting national pride among the people of the nation.
The official said that the development of the creatives sector will help in nation building for the people of the island. The members of the community have shared that the promotion of the creative sector was important for the development of the nation.
