St Kitts: The Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis Terrance Drew has shared some glimpses from the ongoing rehabilitation project of the St. Peter’s Main Road. St Peter’s Community is a part of the Prime Minister’s Parliamentary constituency, number 8.
The officials of the St Peters Community have worked diligently for the last several weeks to ensure seamless transportation and movement across the communities. The leaders of the nation have shared that they have been monitoring the progress made in the rehabilitation project.
The leader of the nation and people’s representative from Constituency 8 has pledged to help all the members of the community. They want to make sure that the condition of the roads are not a hinderance to the daily life of the people.
PM Terrance Drew shared the video from the rehabilitation progress of the road on his social media account, offering insights into the development. He has been offering regular insights into the developments of the infrastructural project.
The officials have shared that it is important for all the stakeholders to make sure that the community remains up to date with the progress of the road rehabilitation project. He also highlighted that he is satisfied by the pace of the the project.
The Prime Minister highlighted that he made it a priority to deliver the project to the community after St Peter. He recalled that the project was overlooked in the previous road levelling project by the previous government.
He highlighted that the members of the community are appreciating the fforts of the stakeholders. The project, 3.86 kilometres and connects a number of communities together. The people can move more easily through the communities.
The stakeholders have shared that they are four months into the road construction project. They expanded on the various steps that have been ongoing and all the steeps that have been completed.
