St Kitts and Nevis: The Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis Terrance Drew visited the primary schools in the West Zone and the Basseterre Zone with the members of his federal cabinet. The leaders of the country have shared that they were delighted to spend some time and engage with the students

The students extended a warm and enthusiastic welcome to the Federal Cabinet for the annual Independence Day celebration visit. The cabinet visited the West Zone Primary schools in the nation on September11.

They moved on to the Basseterre Zone on September 12 and announced that the school visits will continue for the rest of the week.

The Prime Minister highlighted that the members of the community have been looking forward to the annual school visits. The leadership of the nation have been visiting the schools of the nation every year to celebrate with the children.

The leaders are delighted to interact with the children and engage in a number of activities with the leaders. The Prime Minister said that the visits were most productive and he was proud to see the future of the nation at its roots.

He shared several images from his and his team’s visit to the schools over the course of the last two days. The staff and management of the organization were delighted to host the leaders of the country for the visit.

Prime minister Dr Terrance drew said that Spending time with the children, engaging with them, and witnessing their determination and vibrant spirits is truly fulfilling. He took to his social media to share his experience of the visit, He and his administration have been celebrating independence with the children from all the schools in the nation for the last three years.

This year, the members of the federal cabinet will be visiting the secondary and high schools of the nation right up to September 18. The celebration of 41years of independence is marked by several interesting events.

The Prime Minister recently attended another annual event marking the independence day celebration, the Prime Minister’s Lecture Series. Dr. Hadiya Claxton, a resident of St Kitts and Nevis was the featured speaker at the event.
