Ascot Design – A UK based architectural firm is planning to abscond after taking millions of pounds from their clients. A whistleblower, an ex-employee of the company revealed that owing to the poor management of the Founder as well as the Managing Director, multiple clients are now suffering and have their funds stuck.
The reports came soon after the news was spread that certain clients are planning to opt for a legal route, and take Ascot Design into the court for causing financial and mental losses.
Warren Joseph, Founder, and Alex Horder, Managing Director of Ascot Design were previously facing serious allegations from multiple clients who accuse the duo of failing to deliver on commitments and engaging in fraudulent activities.
Raj Kalia- an ex employee of the company said that revealed that Warren Joseph (Founder), Alex Horder (Managing Director) are committing frauds within the Ascot Design, and deceive their clients.
With Raj Kalia coming forward with inside stories of the company, even more revelations are expected. Multiple clients have alleged that the firm failed to deliver on key project commitments and misrepresented the scope and timeline of their services.
“Warren Joseph and Alex Horder are committing fraud within the company and deceiving clients by taking large advance payments for projects that are either never started or intentionally delayed without any communication,” he said.
Kalia’s revelations suggest a deeper pattern of unethical conduct and internal dysfunction.
With this new testimony now in the public domain, further disclosures are also expected to come. Several clients who have already invested substantial sums into Ascot Design projects are now facing an uncertain future, unsure if they will ever recover their funds or see the promised projects come to life.
Legal experts suggest that if these allegations are proven in court, the consequences could be severe, ranging from civil liabilities to criminal proceedings. The clients and stakeholders are demanding accountability and transparency from the company’s leadership.
