Cameroon: President of Victoria United FC – Nkwain Valentine has signed an official partnership agreement deal with Turkish professional club Antalyaspor on March 14, 2024. The team has signed the deal with the first division professional club for the implementation of joint activities.
Popularly known as ‘Opopo’ the Victoria United FC has reached to the agreement after two days working session at the headquarters of Antalyaspor.

Reportedly, President Nkwain Valentine of Victoria United FC and President General Aziz Cetin Baskan and President of Professional Clubs Sinan Boztepe of Antalyaspor agreed on some clauses, which are considered to be:
The signed agreement allows the services for Wilfried Nathan Doualla and Ewane Fils Enopa. Moreover, Antalyaspor will support Victoria United FC every year with 500,000 Euros.
The agreement will also include training courses for the coaches that shall be held in Antalyaspor or can also be conducted in Victoria United installations and will be purely based on budget.

The agreement involves the transfer and loan of the players under FIFA regulations. It will also include Internships and exchange programs for coaches between the two clubs.
As per the sources, the internship and exchange programs for players between the clubs will include educational programs. The signed agreement also gives a confirmation of holding sports camp in Antalyaspor installations and will be purely based on budget agreement.
The agreement ensures the availability of the Sports advice and guidance by the experts. It also ensures the football development, coaching training and courses for Victoria United FC and related academies.
Things are getting better and better by the day for Cameroon football and increasing the expectations of the Cameroonians for their soccer teams.

Antalyaspor Kulubu is a professional Turkish Football Club located in the city of Antalya. The club is represented by the colours red and white. The team plays their home matches at the Antalya Stadium. The club has won the First League Twice in 1982 and 1986 and finished a runners-up for the Turkish Cup in year 2000 and 2001.
The team Victoria United is a Cameroonian Football Club from the city of Limbe. Popularly known as Opopo, the team has competed in the Elite One of Cameroon Football. The team was established in 2002.
It was relegated from the Cameroonian top flight in 2004 and returned in 2023 after winning the Elite Two 2022-23 championship.
