WOMAD South Africa
WOMAD is six days unforgettable event where the tourists can experience global music, culture and connection, lighting up the Western Cape. It will be observed from Sept 23-28, 2025. From Cape Town to the Karoo, the festival features international acts, local legends, drumming spectacles, wine-and-music pairings, community workshops and vibrant pop-ups. This offers many free events and family-friendly highlights, WOMAD SA promises a rich, rhythmic journey across cultures and landscapes.
Stanford in Bloom
In September, South Africa welcomes the spring season. From Sept 10-24, 2025 the charming Stanford village will burst into full colour for Stanford in Bloom event. It is a two-week floral and cultural celebration that is set against the backdrop of mountains, rivers and rich heritage. Tourists will be strolling through the floral installations, sipping on Stanford’s finest wines, or shopping handmade local goods.

Lost Trades Fair
Step back in time to the picturesque village of McGregor, where heritage comes alive at the Lost Trades Fair. On Sept 27, 2025 set against the scenic backdrop of Route-62 and the Riviersonderend Mountains. It will be a unique one-day festival that celebrates traditional, hands-on craftsmanship of South Africa.
