Dominica: Ministry of Housing and Urban Development in the government of Dominica has announced their plan to speed up the processing of titles for the beneficiaries of government housing programme. The Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Melissa Poppone Skerritt made the announcement on Monday.
The Minister highlighted that that the Ministry will be appointing a full-time state attorney. He will help the Ministry in expediting the issuance of titles to the families who have registered under the programme.
The Minister revealed during the parliamentary session which was hosted on Monday, that the hire of the attorney has been approved by the Cabinet of Dominica. The Minister confirmed that the attorney will be working exclusively for the Ministry of Housing.
She will only be working on the expedition of the processing for the deal. Further, the Minister noted that this is an important development for the people of Dominica.
