South Africa: Members of the Executive Council (EXCO) of the Free State have participated in an induction at OR Tambo House in Bloemfontein. The aim of the induction event is to foster a culture of ethical leadership, accountability, professionalism, and excellence.

The induction falls in line with the Ministerial handbook of the Free State Province. It is mandatory for Executive Members undergo preparatory programs to equip them for their roles and responsibilities.
This initiative seeks to enhance the understanding of the executive council when it comes to their functions. The initiative will also improve their ability to collaborate effectively with state institutions and private entities within legal frameworks and policy guidelines.
