Nairobi, Kenya: The Kenya Institute for Special Education (KISE) hosted a Special training programme on using braille embossers among the young teaching staff members on Tuesday at their institution. This Programme was launched in an effective partnership with the Somaliland Ministry of Education and Sciences. This interactive session comprised several profound and insightful lessons on Braille Embossers.
During the session, the KISE assessment administrator, Jawahirr, and other KISE staff from the braille production department had the opportunity to discuss KISE’s various mandates.

During the workshop, the teachers will get books and educational materials prepared with fingerprints or text for students with disabilities.
The Programme would be best for those who are desperate for access to educational materials and for those who need books and modern devices like computers and mobiles to install software to ease their use.
