SA Military Academy Student Council held an annual Mr and Ms Academy

South Africa: Mr and Miss Military Academy is an annual event that is hosted by the Military Academy Student Council with the aim of selecting new ambassadors for the prestigious South African Military Academy. Mr and Miss Academy in conjunction with the Variety Show, which is a blend of acts performed by 1st-year students, took place on Saturday as ambassadors for the prestigious South African Military Academy.

South Africa: Mr and Miss SA Military Academy is an annual event that is hosted by the Military Academy Student Council with the aim of selecting new ambassadors for the prestigious South African Military Academy. Mr and Miss Academy in conjunction with the Variety Show, which is a blend of acts performed by 1st-year students, took place on Saturday as ambassadors for the prestigious South African Military Academy.

Mr and Miss Academy in conjunction with the Variety Show, which is a blend of acts performed by 11th-year students, took place on Saturday, February 11, 2023, at the South African Military Academy in Saldanha. The event was successfully planned and coordinated by Lieutenant Siviwe Ntshololo, together with Lieutenant Shelvin Mashao, who holds different portfolios in the Student Council.


 

 


Amongst others, the Military Academy Student Council formally invited the Commandant of the Military Academy, Brigadier General A.J. De Castro, the Dean of the Faculty of Military Science, Professor M.S. Tshehla and Stellenbosch University Student Representative Council Chairperson, Miss Masilo Silokazi. The Military Academy staff, undergraduate and postgraduate students, and the Stellenbosch University SRC came in numbers to support the show.

Lieutenant Colonel Bontle Monnanyane, Captain Prince Mayoyo, Second Lieutenant Sfundo Mbatha, and Second Lieutenant Cassie Bentley judged the magnificent pageant with utmost professionalism. Second Lieutenant Tebogo Nokwane and Mid Clement Mathumbu, who were the Masters of Ceremonies for the evening, announced the results they received from the judges, as Mr Military Academy 2023, Mid Dwain Schreuder, and Miss Military Academy 2023, Second Lieutenant Rochelle Earle, were crowned. The runners-up have also been crowned: the 1st Prince (Second Lieutenant Tshwaro Mohibidu), the Second Prince (Second Lieutenant Tshegofatso Mohlomi), the First Princess (Second Lieutenant Sinikiwe Motloung), and the Second Princess (Second Lieutenant Lelethu Gavu).

All the moods were elevated as the entire audience cheered and celebrated the newly crowned ambassadors, who will work hand in hand with Masiza in all their community enrichment programs.
