The Sokoto State University is preparing to compete in the 2023 edition of the Caliphate Debate. The 4.0 debate will be held on November 6, 2023. The event will start at 9:00 AM in Sokoto, Nigeria. Rukayya Abubakar and bashir Muhammad Sani will be representing the university at the competiton.
Rukayya is Microbiology student, debate champion and aspiring lecturer. Meanwhile, Bashir Muhammad Sani is a Microbiology student. . Additionally he is an entrepreneur, aspiring politician, and SUG presidential candidate.
The team had defeated all of their opponents in 2020 and are confident that they can do it again in 2023. The stakeholders of the Sokoto State University believe that their experience will help them in the preparation for Caliphate Debate 4.0. The contestants can build on their strengths and make their skills better
Further, Rukayya and Bashir are working on their knowledge, research, and public speaking skills. Moreover, the faculty and coaching staff at the university guiding Rukayya Abubakar and Bashir Muhammad Sani to ensure that that they are ready.
Finally, Sokoto State University community is also supporting Rukayya and Bashir. Students, faculty, and former students of the university extend their encouragement and support to the young debators
The students and faculty’s encouragement will add to their confidence. Sokoto State University is ready to come the Caliphate Debate 4.0 stage and emerge as the winners one more time again. They are confident that they will secure another well-deserved victory on November 6, 2023.
