Africa: The Send-Off Ceremony Held at Park-Inn Hotel in Polokwane saw almost Three Hundred Athletes and technical officials adorned in Provincial Colours ready to depart to Gauteng, where the remaining sporting codes ( Football, Rugby, Kho-kho, Hockey, Jukskei and Tennis) will commence from the 12th till the 15th of July 2022 in Kempton Park and Benoni.
The Limpopo Department of Sport, Arts and Culture, in partnership with the Department of Basic Education, continues to prioritise Sports Participation for youth and children in schools as the bedrock of Sport Development.
The team will depart tomorrow morning (11 July) from Park Inn, and the media is also invited to capture the moment as the creme de la creme of Limpopo go to fly the flag of the Province high and compete with all the other 8 Provinces of the country after obtaining Gold and Bronze medals at the 1st leg of the National Winter Games Championships held in Cape Town last week.
