A travel company of Botswana ‘The Ultimate View Tours’ has shared the experience of an anonymous person who has recently visited to Cape Town.

While sharing the amazing travel experience the person penned, “I had always dreamed of visiting Cape Town, South Africa, with its stunning natural beauty and vibrant culture.”

“So when the opportunity arose to take a trip there, I jumped at the chance. As I arrived in Cape Town, I was immediately struck by the towering Table Mountain that loomed over the city,” shared the traveller.

Another person named Sharon Hamill have also shared a snippet of their visit to Cape Town and narrated, “I remember arriving in Cape Town by train from Durban in 1974 and saw that mountain and it was like falling in love. I had to go back and ended up living there nearly for 20 years.”

The visitor further shared that he couldn’t wait to hike to the top and take in the breathtaking views of the city and the ocean below.

Later, after a challenging but rewarding hike, the traveller spent the rest of the time by exploring the diverse neighbourhood of the city ‘Cape Town’.

He mentioned that there are many places to stroll down through the Bo-Kaap district such as the brightly painted houses and cobbled streets. The delicious local cuisines at the bustling markets are meant to give a try.

The highlights from the trip were visiting to the iconic Robben Island, where once Nelson Mandela was kept behind bars for 18 years. A walk through the prison cells was a sobering experience as the traveller walked along with the companions by hearing the struggle stories for the freedom and equality in South Africa.

A day trip to stunning Cape Peninsula was amazing. The stoppages at the picturesque fishing village of Hout Bay and lively penguin colony at Boulders Beach is a must visit place. The rugged coastline and crashing waves were a sight to behold the passers-by.

As the time to wrap-up from Cape Town came near, “I knew that I had fallen in love with this vibrant and diverse city.”

The traveller also quoted that the warm hospitality of the locals, the stunning natural beauty and the rich history and culture had left a lasting impression on him. He expressed, “I knew that I would have to come back someday to explore more of this incredible destination.”

Several other people such as Jenny Milne Larkan praised the city and said, “Yes it is certainly a beautiful city, it is a beautiful place to visit and the beaches are gorgeous. Super to sit down in the evenings, watching the sun do down. It’s a very special place.”

The lively place becomes a desire for the travellers to come back again as Susan Brandt Hanmer shared her verse and said that the Cape Town is one of the most beautiful places to go to. Having lived in South Africa for many years, it was one of the places my family visited whenever we could. I hope to be back again soon.
